Our Mission is to help our customers reach their goals through the implementation of continuous improvement methods and tools. 

• We'll accomplish this by leveraging our passion and knowledge of an overall improvement methodology that emphasizes a structured, focused application of Lean, Six Sigma, and the Theory of Constraints.  This process consistently generates improvement in bottom line results as well as key metrics (i.e., on time delivery improvement, lead time reduction, and inventory reduction).
  

Our Business

Our team is a great blend of consultants, corporate executives, techies, simulation engineers, controls engineers, etc.  We've worked in plants that make products at rates from 3 products a second to Engineered to Order projects that take 16 months to complete.  From the auto industry to hospitals, blowers, compressors, and pharma, we have a broad base of expertise to draw on to help your company reach its goals.
